Wet blasting, also known as vapour blasting, solves this. Water cushions the abrasive, so fine and delicate wire is cleaned without dust, heat or embedded media. The result is a consistent, controlled surface roughness (Ra) and a clean, reactive surface ready for coating or bonding.
