Vapormatt to launch Sabre at GrindTec 2014
The Sabre, the latest wet blasting system from Vapormatt, will be launched this year at GrindTec 2014, which takes place between 19th and 22nd March 2014 in Augsburg, Germany. The Vapormatt Sabre has been developed as a result of customer demand to help small to medium volume manufacturers, coating centres and R&D facilities improve output quality on a range of cutting tools. As such, GrindTec – the international platform for grinding technology – is the ideal event to demonstrate the system.
The unique nozzle arrangement of the Vapormatt Sabre focuses blast guns on the critical faces and cutting edges, delivering consistent and controllable results. This ensures total coverage of tools, offering edge radii within +/-5 micron tolerance of specification and a surface that will dramatically improve coating adhesion. The multiple nozzles also make it possible to process both round shank tools and cutting inserts, and customise the system to suit the demand of customers.
GrindTec is a dynamic and growing trade fair. In 2014, the amount of space occupied will grow by approximately 15%, while the event is becoming increasingly international, with 40% of the participating companies now based outside Germany. The event will host 465 participating companies from 25 countries, including China, Denmark, India, Israel, Japan, Poland, Turkey and the USA.
GrindTec will take place at the Augsburg Fair Grounds, Messe Augsburg. Vapormatt will be in Hall 3, Booth 3339.
