Configuring the unique manifold of our automatic Profelis wet blasting machine (also known as vapor blasting machine, vapour blasting machine or aqua blasting machine) – Designed for finishing wire, cable, round rod, bandsaw blades, and other continuous products, the manifold of the Profelis can not only be configured for the product being processed but for higher production volumes too. The manifold comes with 4 separate blast guns as standard for high volume and high-quality finishing. Each gun is mounted at 90 degrees to ensure complete 360-degree finishing. For even greater volumes 8 separate blast guns can be mounted, each at 45 degrees to again ensure complete 360-degree finishing. The extra guns allow for higher production volumes with no loss of finishing quality. Incidentally, the purple components shown in the diagram are deflectors. These replaceable items absorb the blast, protecting the manifold from the abrasive blast.
