Patented micro gun technology

Patented micro gun technology for the rapid efficient cleaning of multiple lines of wire – Using a common slurry feed (slurry is the mixture of water and abrasive media), the micro guns blast the slurry onto the corresponding strands of wire.

The common slurry feed results in significant operational cost savings.

Housed within our Profelis wet blating machine (or vapor blasting machine), it’s a particularly rapid and efficient way of finishing multiple strands of wire and another great example of our global technical leadership in wet blasting technology.
