Further commitment to Japan as Vapormatt heads to JIMTOF 2014

Wet blasting specialist Vapormatt will be exhibiting its advanced and market leading range of wet blasting technology for the preparation of cutting tools at 2014’s JIMTOF exhibition in Tokyo.

Located on stand E1071 Vapormatt will be showcasing its latest innovation, the Vapormatt Sabre with their Japanese distributor for tooling products, Eurotechno.

After extensive research and development, the Vapormatt Sabre offers the same high levels of process control as the larger systems but on a more readily available footprint and budget. By using patented technologies the wet blast process is able to provide manufacturers of cutting tools a more repeatable and controlled process for edge preparation and coating pre-treatment.

Application specialists will also be available to discuss the full range of Vapormatt wet blasting solutions for cutting tools. These fully automated wet blasting systems offer customers high throughput rates, versatile programming and extensive process control.
