Vapormatt expands global operations with new Scandinavian subsidiary

Vapormatt Scandinavia, Vapormatt AB

Vapormatt, a world leading specialist in wet blasting for surface preparation and finishing, has expanded its global operations with the opening of a new subsidiary based in Sweden. This will further enhance the delivery of wet blasting solutions to businesses in Sweden, Finland, Demark, Norway and the surrounding Scandinavian territories.

The new Vapormatt Swedish subsidiary, Vapormatt Scandinavia AB., will deliver wet blasting spare parts and abrasive media throughout Scandinavia, while also offering Vapormatt’s full range of innovative wet blasting machines. Lead by General Manager Jonny Nilsson, it will be the first point of call for Scandinavian organisations that require an effective and environmentally friendly alternative to common surface preparation and finishing techniques.

“As part of our ongoing strategic positioning the subsidiary in Sweden will strengthen Vapormatt’s service offerings to both new and existing customers in the region,” said Jonny Nilsson, General Manager, Vapormatt. “We believe there are opportunities for continued growth in Sweden, and indeed the entire Scandinavian region, as more organisations are coming to realise the benefits of wet blasting for surface preparation and finishing.”

With over 37 years’ experience of wet blasting, Vapormatt provides businesses operating in aerospace, automotive, nuclear, tooling and more, with automatic, manual and walk in wet blasting systems.
