Exhibiting for the first time, Vapormatt will be presenting their wet blasting technology at the PRO FINTECH show being held at the International Engineering Fair (MSV) In Brno, Czech Republic. The show is the leading industrial trade fair in Central Europe with annual participation reaching more than 1500 exhibitors and 75000 visitors from 59 countries worldwide.

On display will be Vapormatt’s Panther machine which visitors can come and see working or have a go themselves. The shows focus is to show the versatile nature of wet blasting as a surface finishing technology. By mixing an abrasive media with water and compressed air a slurry is formed that can be directed at a component or work piece. The flow of the abrasive media offers a range of processing environments that can be used for cleaning and degreasing to surface preparation and coating removal.

To date Vapormatt have sold many machines into Central Europe and expect their presence at the show to make new contacts in their key markets of aerospace, carbide tooling, composites, wire and cable and nuclear decontamination. With a core competence of process control and reliability Vapormatt’s wet blasting technology is used in high value manufacturing where surface finishing is a value adding step that must be consistent in its results.

Vapormatt and their Agent, IPP Praha, will be in Hall E Booth 030 And an application specialist will be available to discuss any questions you may have. To arrange a visit you can contact us today or, alternatively, you can visit the downloads page to learn more about the wet blasting process and our range of automatic and manual machines.
