As one of our most versatile manual wet blasting systems the Cougar has become a very popular system for heavy users of wet blasting systems that need durability and reliability of processing.

With an impressive working envelope of 1000x1250x1150mm the Cougar is able to cope with a large range of parts and an optional load end makes the turntable very easy to use and manage.

With its 6mm GRP composite cabinet and abrasion resistant lining set within a steel support frame the Lynx wet blasting system is well designed for heavy use.

A large swing door (on a safety interlock) gives the Lynx wet blasting cabinet a working envelope of 1000x900x600mm and the cabinets gridded work surface can hold up to 500kg. Users can also have the option of a swing arm turntable for even easier loading.

When connected via a 3 phase socket the Lynx is able to create a powerful processing environment utilising one of Vapormatt's 4kW pumps.

The light grey polyethylene cabinet of the Vapormate makes wet blasting highly accesible to those looking to process smaller components.

With a working envelope of 300x580x400mm and a maximum load capacity of 25kg the Vapormate wet blast unit is well suited for manual processing of components.

Operated with one of Vapormatt's manual guns and a foot pedal to start; only 10cfm of air is required on the standard installations (20cfm for the high powered version).
