The Vapormatt Lion is a technically advanced self-contained edge preparation, surface conditioning, cleaning and drying centre specifically for the manufacturers of round shank tools.

Suited to medium to high production capacities the “in-line” design accepts round shank tools direct from grinding for: edge honing, polishing, cleaning and drying, leaving the tools fully prepared for coating.

The Vapormatt Leopard has been designed to clean, polish and peen hard to handle aerospace components. Standing at over 3m tall a large range of turbine fan blades can be processed.

Being full automated Vapormatt's vertical Leopard wet blasting system is well suited for production and overhaul facilities requiring high levels of throughput. The unique and patented donut sump on the Leopard makes it cheaper to install than alternatives where pits are required to be dug in workshop floors.

With a maximum capacity of 2.5tonnes and a 1.35m turntable the 1717 is built around a rigid steel chassis and supported by durable GRP panels and replaceable rubber curtains to prolong the life of the cabinets.

The 1717 can also be automated and an optional radial arm can be added for more efficient processing and a powered turntable on rails to load those heavy components.

With its 6mm GRP composite cabinet and abrasion resistant lining set within a steel support frame the Lynx wet blasting system is well designed for heavy use.

A large swing door (on a safety interlock) gives the Lynx wet blasting cabinet a working envelope of 1000x900x600mm and the cabinets gridded work surface can hold up to 500kg. Users can also have the option of a swing arm turntable for even easier loading.

When connected via a 3 phase socket the Lynx is able to create a powerful processing environment utilising one of Vapormatt's 4kW pumps.

The light grey polyethylene cabinet of the Vapormate makes wet blasting highly accesible to those looking to process smaller components.

With a working envelope of 300x580x400mm and a maximum load capacity of 25kg the Vapormate wet blast unit is well suited for manual processing of components.

Operated with one of Vapormatt's manual guns and a foot pedal to start; only 10cfm of air is required on the standard installations (20cfm for the high powered version).
