The Leopard wet blasting machine offers a degree of bespoke design and build options to suit a wide range of different finishing requirements. Incorporating advanced cabinet construction technology, this machine is made from stainless steel, composites, and moulded polymers to create a rugged, corrosion-free, sound-insulated cabinet.
One version of our largest manual machine features a long barrel that allows multiple large components to be processed at the same time. As the barrel rotates the operator manually wet blasts the components allowing for rapid and complete finishing. Multiple process handling gloves allow for better access to every part of the components. The machine is also fitted with a powered load end for the easy loading and unloading of components.
Another key highlight of the Leopard Barrel is its patented doughnut sump. This feature benefits the end user as not only does it negate the need to dig a pit, but it also lowers the level height for ease of loading and operator safety.
