Vapormatt, have successfully designed, manufactured and commissioned a Cougar automated wet blast machine for Element Six based in Shannon, Co.Clare.

The Cougar wet blast machine is designed to be versatile and operator friendly offering all the benefits of wet blasting, while providing the best technical solution for Element Six. The built-in features have been optimised for Element Six to remove excess bonding from artificial diamond inserts, using an automated process.

The automatic wet blasting process will reduce manual intervention providing complete controllability and repeatability whist reducing direct man-power, leading to increased process efficiency and margins.
