Vapormatt service plans

Regular service visits are the best way to keep your Vapormatt machine in good working order. Our experience shows that a maximum of 6 months use, on average, is the best time lapse for a service visit. For customers with high usage machines this is generally brought down to one visit every 2 – 3 months.

Our service engineers are able to identify machine or processing problems before they arise, problems that an operator may not notice due to gradual wear and tear. This aspect can be of particular use to customers with high throughput machines.

When a contract is taken out, labour is at a fixed rate and no extra is charged for travelling time or time worked outside our normal hours of 8am to 5pm.
