Our first response to any machine problem is via telephone support.

Vapormatt service breakdown If the problem is of a programming nature then it can be diagnosed
     or repaired via an optional modem link.

Vapormatt service breakdown If the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, then most replacement
     parts would be despatched to you within 24 hours and a service engineer
     on-site within 48 hours.

Vapormatt service engineers are strategically situated in the U.K. so
that most customers are within 3 hours travelling time.
