Construction

Rigid steel chassis (100mm x 100mm), with GRP composite panels and internal replaceable rubber curtains. External colour generally RAL 7032 (light grey).

Swing door with replaceable combined rubber lining / drain channel and solid state electrical safety interlock - hinges mounted on steel chassis.

Floor level with grit trap 40 litres / minute intermittent.

Vent

200mm / 8" duct to external atmosphere.

710mm. mild steel barrel with replaceable urethane lining, mounted in a swing door blister. Four blast guns and water wash guns are mounted on a fixed gantry. Air and water valves together with component chute and catchment tray are provided.

Motorised barrel unit mounted through side* or door* of machine. Barrel dimensions; 250mm. diameter, depth 280mm. Construction; solid polyurethane. Uses existing manual blast gun mounted in a holster. Barrel and drive shafts are detachable for storage outside of machine when not in use.

4.5kw. stainless steel cabinet sump immersion heater with thermostat.

Radial arm progressive movement oscillation unit, with motorised gun height adjustment, complete with powered variable speed turntable drive unit, 4 process guns, auto abrasive / air control valves and auto wash system.
