The Safespray 15 is an enclosed, manually operated, parts degreasing
machine intended to replace open "paraffin wash" units.
Mist and vapour from the solvent in use are contained within the Safespray
15 cabinet and are exhausted before the enclosure can be opened, thus
removing the need for the operator to wear breathing or splash protection. |

When operated with "V Clean RTU" the Safspray 15 may be used
for degreasing metals, plastic and painted surfaces, including chlorinated
rubber finishes. The spray gun will quickly remove oil and grease, the
integral brush can be used to dislodge thicker or more tenacious deposits.
The V Clean RTU degreaser is taken from the solvent drum by a diaphragm
pump fed through a replaceable cartridge filter to a hand-held trigger
operated spray gun. It then drains back into the reservoir tank via a
3-stage sedimentation filter. |

A compressed air trigger-operated nozzle is provided to blow-off surplus
solvent from the treated parts and is mounted on the left of the machine. |

Before the door can be opened an evacuation cycle occurs to reduce the
airborne solvent levels to below the OEL (occupational exposure limit). |

|
The Safespray 15 may be operated with other solvents when different
types of contamination are to be removed. In this case Vapormatt must be
consulted beforehand. |
