Self build sump

DIY blast unit ideal for incorporation into customer completed blasting facilities.  An ideal way for fabrication companies to manufacture their own quality blasting booth without the need of engineering the functional part of the equipment.  Available as a 1.7m x 1.7m basic unit which can be extended and incoporated into your own built booth.

Waterwave

Range of walk-in booths.  Unique patented sump system avoids need to dig drainage pits.  Supplied as complete units or as floor units for incorporation into existing facilities.  Minimum size 1.4m x 2.9m.  Maximum size : unlimited.

Decomatt

Manual and automatic cabinets, walk-in booths and custom design units available.  Our design service allows for full integration of the decontamination system into existing component handling and other facilities.  A range of decontamination systems using a range of high pressure hot water, wet blasting, WASP or solvent cleaning technologies.  Ideal for IC facility maintenance, asbestos removal, nuclear decontamination  and other hazardous materials.  Available with appropriate filtration systems including HEPA air ventilation and closed loop effluent control systems.

Booths

Wet Wheel System

The Turbomatt range of machines uses a revolutionary technique of wet throwing wheels to bring the dramatic running cost advantages of shot blasting with turbines, over compressed air powered nozzle machines, to the wet blast process.  Vapormatt's unique design allows operation with any type of cleaning / abrasive media, ranging from aluminium oxide to soft felt particles.

Vaporblack

The Vaporblack process, developed jointly by Vapormatt and Blackfast Chemicals, enables parts to be processed at room temperature employing a special chemical that is far more environmentally friendly than conventional solutions and non-hazardous to operators.  Typical process time is less than 5 minutes, compared with the 45 minutes needed for traditional blacking.
