 New distributor for the Netherlands appointed by Vapormatt

Europe’s leading manufacturer of wet blasting equipment for surface preparation, treatment and component cleaning applications, Vapormatt Ltd, has appointed Phibo Industries BVBA, based in Ronse, southern Belgium, as its sole distributor for the Netherlands. Phibo Industries already represents Vapormatt in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, and the two companies have built up a close working relationship over the last 20 years.

A well established specialist in the fields of surface preparation, treatment and product finishing, Phibo Industries has a customer base embracing a wide range of industrial sectors, including aerospace, automotive and motor sport, precision engineering and electronics. The company also supplies all types of blast media – wet and dry – as well as other consumables, machine spares and ancillary items. Its comprehensive demonstration and process development centre in Ronse offers sample processing and assists customers to select the correct equipment for their particular application.

Vapormatt’s wet blasting equipment covers a wide range of applications: from the refurbishment of automotive components in small workshops to decontaminating parts from nuclear power stations. The standard Vapormatt product range includes small and large manual and automatic machines, and the company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of special purpose systems based on the wet blasting process. The company also offers a specialist machine refurbishment service, which is also provided by Phibo Industries. Vapormatt’s main manufacturing facility is located in Taunton, Somerset, UK, and its research and development centre is on the island of Guernsey.
