 Vapormatt Launches Contract Process Services Concept
     at Autosport International 2012

Vapormatt's first "Contract Process Services Centre" has been set up in Gloucester, to provide a comprehensive range of surface treatment and finishing operations - primarily for automotive engineering companies and component manufacturers involved in both metals and composites technologies, production and maintenance operations. Future Centres are planned for strategic locations throughout the UK.

Processes undertaken by the new facility include: wet and dry blasting using all types of media; composites preparation for bonding and painting; die and mould cleaning; cutting tool enhancement for post-grinding, pre- and post- coating; shot peening for fatigue life improvement; peen-forming; the blacking of steel parts; and "phosmatting" for rubber to metal bonding and sub-coating protection. The surface treatment and processing of wire, cable and strip materials as well as basic component refurbishment are also on offer.
