Shoe Sole Cleaning
 

The aim of the process is to clean off silicone mould release agent - see sole to left of picture (right).


The centre sole has been processed, showing matted surface. This provides the vital key necessary for painting or dying of the sole - see right of picture.

Shoe soles

Loading of soles into trays which automatically raise dripping soles into four baskets, allowing four soles to be simultaneously processed.  (see photo right).

Baskets rotate whilst moving down and up past process, rinse and dry nozzles.  (see photo right).

At the end of the cycle, gantry holding baskets lower through 90 degrees allowing cleaned soles to fall into waiting collection baskets.
